Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Transportation of Your Pet
A Resting Rainbow representative collects your pet from your veterinarian’s office or from your home at no additional charge within our local service area. Pickup is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
2. Return of Cremated Remains
After cremation, cremains can be collected at our facility free of charge. If you prefer them returned to your home or your veterinarian’s office, we deliver them for an additional fee, quoted before the service begins.
Typical time from collection to return is 7 to 10 business days. Engraved or personalized items may require additional time. We will notify you if any delay is expected.
3. Shipping of Urns and Keepsakes
Memorial merchandise purchased through our online shop is shipped within the continental United States using standard carriers. Typical delivery time is 5 to 7 business days after the order is processed.
Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
